(British Dressage) – British Dressage is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join a growing IT development team. You will be working on a complex and well-established membership based CRM system, which encapsulates all sporting rules and regulations, events and results. You will be involved in supporting and extending this application as well as working on new projects.

You will be part of, the full software development life cycle and will be responsible for all stages from requirements gathering, design and development, to testing and providing support. You will have strong customer facing skills, be an excellent communicator and have the maturity to work independently and understand the importance good documentation and testing as well as solid design and coding. You will have at least 3 years experience is a similar role.

Key Skills
• Advanced Access 2007+ and data management skills
• Advanced Access VBA, classes, modules, events, forms, error handling and logging techniques.
• Advanced Microsoft SQL with demonstrable experience of SQL Server 2005+ T-SQL programming including stored procedures, views, functions, triggers etc.
• Experience of MS Reporting Services.
• Experience in database design, query creation and data architecture.
• Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into a technical solution.
• Evidence of delivering high quality solutions to multiple users within tight deadlines.
• Good communications skills and the ability to interpret user requirements quickly.
