Legacy Farms Sweeps CDI Grand Prix Competition at Centerline Events CDI-W

Saugerties, NY – The partnership that makes up Florida-baed Legacy Farms — Lars Petersen and Melissa Taylor — swept the CDI Grand Prix competition at the Centerline Events CDI-W, held August 16-19 at the HITS-on-the-Hudson showgrounds. Taylor and her Schumacker’s Solyst earned a 70.700 in the CDI Grand Prix Special, while Petersen took blue in both the CDI Grand Prix and the CDI Grand Prix Special with Marcia Pepper’s Mariett. The pair scored 68.404 in the CDI Grand Prix and 70,600 in the Special.

Jutta Lee and her Glorious Feeling earned two blue ribbons in Intermediaire competition. They took the Intermediaire freestyles with a score of 68.042 and also won the Intermediaire I with a score of 66.711. Jane Hannigan and  Debie McSweeney’s Nobby V.C. Shamrock took second in both the Intermediaire I and in the Freestyle. They scored 67.542 in the Freestyle and 65.877 in the Intermediaire I . Earlier in the competiitoni, Hannigan and Nobby took blue in the CDI Prix St. Georges with a score of 66.316, leaving Lee and Glorious Feeling to settle for second with a score of 65.965.
