British Equestrian Federation Names Reserve Riders for Dressage and Jumping

(British Equestrian Federation) – The British Equestrian Federation (BEF) can confirm that the Selectors have identified the following non-travelling reserve horse and rider combinations for the Equestrian Dressage and Jumping Teams.  These athletes will be nominated to the British Olympic Association (BOA) to compete for Team GB if a substitution is required.

In Dressage:
- Emile Faurie (48) from Milton Under Wychwood, Oxfordshire riding Elmegardens Marquis owned by Joanne Vaughan.

Andretti H has been named as a reserve horse for Laura Bechtolsheimer (none direct)

In Jumping:
- Michael Whitaker (52) from Whatton, Nottinghamshire riding GIG Amai owned by Mrs Beatrice Mertens

A non travelling reserve for the Equestrian Eventing team will be named in due course.
