Ottawa, Ontario – The prize list for the 2015 Ottawa International Horse Show,

scheduled for June 17 to 21 at Wesley Clover Parks in Ottawa, ON, is now available

Conveniently located at the Moodie Drive exit off the 417 highway, Wesley

Clover Parks brings equestrian sport to the heart of Ottawa. Formerly the

Nepean National Equestrian Park, the multi-faceted recreational facility has

undergone a major transformation since being under new management. Wesley

Clover Parks will launch the Ottawa International as the first major show jumping

tournament to be held in Ottawa since 2011.
Top horses and riders will compete at the 2015 Ottawa International, consisting

of five consecutive days of hunter, jumper and equitation competition. Thursday’s

highlight is the $10,000 Open Welcome while Friday will feature the crowd-pleasing

$5,000 Speed Derby, immediately followed by the RCMP Musical Ride at 6:30 p.m.

All proceeds from the RCMP Musical Ride ticket sales will benefit the CHEO (Children’s

Hospital of Eastern Ontario) Foundation.
Highlighting the weekend events is the $35,000 1.45m Brookstreet Grand Prix on

Saturday, June 20. Hunters will take their turn on the expansive grass grand prix field

during Sunday’s $10,000 CHDS Open Hunter Derby and the $5,000 Jump Canada Junior/

Amateur Hunter Classic.
In addition to world-class show jumping competition, the Ottawa International will

offer unparalleled hospitality for its competitors, with exhibitor parties, a welcome

barbeque, and a reception at the Brookstreet Hotel. Tables of six in the VIP Tent for

the full week of competition, which include catering by the Brookstreet Hotel, are also

available for purchase.
